Tea sommelier & lecturer
With over ten years of experience in the tea industry, Stefanie has devoted her craft to spreading the culture of tea to her generation. With new comers from the upcoming generation, her expansion of helping the culture to grow has built bridges between traditional afternoon tea at parlors and innovative cocktails at raves.
“It’s all about the culture” her mentors have said, time and time again.
And without fear, this Sommelier is willing to break boundaries, and teach everyone the same. No longer will Headbangers and Academics look at each other awkardly across the pub over a builder’s brew, nor will the youth fear the elite over a matcha ritual.
Stefanie Warner has and will meet the challenge, in a world filled with gatekeepers.
